“ Friendly staff who can customise one vegetarian dish for my dad. The food tastes delicious and is suitable for elderly and young kids. Recommended. ”
“ Simple restaurant with good quality local food at reasonable prices. Servings were smaller but good flavours. A good find in the middle of mostly tourist restaurants. We had the duck breast, chicken and ginger and roast pork belly. Pork belly was the pick. Not much English spoken so Google translate helps. Being Christmas Eve we had a visit from Santa with presents for the children ”
“ We ordered the lunch set for 540,000 VND, which contained: Assam steamed fish, Egg omelette, Garlic kangkong, Saucy pork belly & Bittergourd soup. Reminds me of zichar back in Singapore (which I love alot). To be honest, even though the menu advertised the set for 2 pax, but each dish’s portion was so generous it felt like a 4 pax set. We didn’t touch much of the rice (served in a big bowl for each person to help himself) as we focused on clearing the other food. Generally allright tasting, shout out to the fish as the hosin sauce made it taste so good! Reminds me of the batang fish that is available as an option in caipeng stores. I was very fully after the lunch, gotta say this meal was the most value for money throughout our trip whew! ”

The garlic shrimp are worth recommending, but the pork ribs, for instance, were more bone than meat and quite tough – clearly, not their specialty. Another downside is the setup: the restaurant is located directly next to the hotel elevator, and seeing guests walking around in swimwear doesn’t create the most enjoyable atmosphere. Adding some screens or partitions would be a big improvement. ”

Therefore, if you have been to Thailand or the Philippines, you are unlikely to be surprised by Vietnamese cuisine. But my wife and I still decided to go to a national restaurant. The restaurant is good, the staff is attentive, the menu is quite extensive. But unfortunately there is nothing unique, so we will not go a second time. ”
